He has achieved this by assembling, both in-house and through strategic alliances, the very elite in the fields and disciplines of financial, estate and business planning, corporate retirement plans, executive compensation and employee benefits plans.

Francis has earned several distinguished designations including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). As stated earlier, he is also a Certified Financial Planner® professional.
Francis served his community as a Nassau County Legislator for 20 years (10 terms) and as a member of the Knights of Columbus and Elks, having served as the Chairman of the Major Project Cerebral Palsy charity for over twenty years.
